Way different than Kit Kat sushi, the sushi croissant is exactly what it sounds like: it is literally a croissant stuffed with sushi.

The sushi is composed of smoked salmon, seaweed, ginger and wasabi and will only cost you $5, if you dare.

From a bakery whose jobs page states, “If you’re as serious about baking as you are about getting baked, then get at us," we can't say this comes as much of a surprise.

According to the geniuses behind this invention, the treat was conceived purely out of boredom. "It’s fucking weird, insanely delicious and it sticks a thumb in the face of pastry tradition."

If the bakery is trying to stick it to some mainstream pastry traditionalists, job well done.
